About the Program
TJO Sports is home to the Hit Doctor Diamonds, one of the best AAU Baseball Programs in New England. The Hit Doctor Diamonds program began in 2003 with one 10U AAU Team. Today the Diamonds program fields teams for the 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U, and 15U divisions. Each season the Diamonds may have two teams per age group and have had as many as three teams. The Hit Doctor Diamonds have grown to become one of the most well-respected AAU programs in New England, due to their continued success both on and off the field. With that said, all of our teams are expected to be competitive and many of the teams are members of the Diamond Division (The Highest Level Division) for their particular age group.

What It Means To Be A Diamond
When you become a Diamond and join our AAU program you will improve. All of our Diamonds have an advantage over all other AAU players throughout New England; our facility is their home. Every Diamond player has the luxury of working out all year around at the best baseball training facility around. With our premier 30,000 sq. ft. complex and our top of the line instructors and coaches, there is no way our players won't improve.
At TJO Sports, we want our AAU teams to win and be competitive, but our number one priority is development. We want to help all of our players learn how to play the game the right way. Our teams have been so successful over the years, because we get the most out of our players. We stress development, and all of our coaches and instructors are determined to help our Diamonds become better athletes, better baseball players, and better people than when they first joined our program.
